Ronald K. Johnson Honored for Exclusive Registry

DENVER, CO, January 26, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ronald K. Johnson, VFW Commander, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in military and defense services.
With many decades of experience in the military, Mr. Johnson continues his service to the military as a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the US (VFW). From his position as a District Commander, he oversees and guides all local posts within his district and advocates for American military veterans.
Mr. Johnson spent 31 years throughout a 40-year period in the US Army Special Forces, retiring in 2007. He attributes his success to the support he received from his father. He became involved in his current profession after retiring from the military and has garnered recognition from his professional peers, having been honored by the VFW as a National Aide de Camp for 2010-2011 and a National Deputy Chief of Staff for 2011-2012.
Holding a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Kansas, Mr. Johnson remains abreast of developments in the military services arena as the Colorado Grand Judge Advocate for the Military Order of the Cootie (VFW's Honor Degree organization), and a member of the NRA; he is also a former member of the Norwegian Petroleum Society and the British Association of Supervisory and Electrical Engineers.
