With an impressive 33 years of professional experience, Ms. Gladney serves as executive director of Mount Carmel Guild, a nonprofit organization. She has held this position for the past two years. An expert in public administration, she is tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of three key programs: emergency assistance, home health nursing for seniors, and comprehensive nutritional counseling for people with HIV and AIDS. She also develops grants and fundraising opportunities, engages in community outreach, and supports internships for college students.

Ms. Gladney has spent her career committed to providing the less fortunate with a better quality of life. She previously served as director of the Welfare to Work program and Assistant Commissioner of Administration and Finance for the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
