As the owner of New Standards Network, Ms. Youra works to promote personal responsibility on the part of parents for their children's growth. Her areas of expertise include Personal responsibility and growth, Speaking on the issues of parenting, Successful family business creation and Entrepreneurism. Ms. Youra is the author of 'It's Up To You: Success Starts At Home;' the host of a Christian conservative talk radio show; a founding partner of CleanTraks, a company specializing in the research and development of innovative pet products; and the owner of both Autobody Specialists and RPM Smog and Automotive, Inc. She attributes her success to her hard work, and ability to develop lasting relationships. She became involved in her profession because she saw a need to tell her story, pass on the tradition of the family business and help parents raise children to become entrepreneurial minded leaders who are filled with hope, passion and unlimited possibilities.

Ms. Youra completed graduate coursework following her Bachelor of Arts. She is a member of the California Auto Body Association, the National Federation of Independent Business, California Teachers Association and American Management Association.
