Kristin N. Dayton was inducted into Cambridge Who's Who on May 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- as she celebrates over 10 years of success with her custom-made beaded jewelry and accessories business. She has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence as a female business owner and for her leadership as an advocate for various charities. Specifically, she creates a new bracelet annually for Breast Cancer Awareness, helping to promote further research towards the cure of this terrible and prominent disease.
As the owner of Charming Bead, she is responsible for creating truly unique products, fulfilling the needs of those who want to give one-of-a-kind gifts to their friends and family. Charming Bead is a one-stop shop for all things that can be strung with beads, using high quality materials such as Swarovski crystals, sterling silver and gold-filled beads—earrings, bracelets, anklets, necklaces, lanyards, eye glass chains, bookmarks, cell phone charms and more. Since starting out as a hobby in 2002, making jewelry has become her true passion. She transitioned this passion into a business in 2005 and has been setting the stage for expansion to retail counters by 2014.
Since receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from California State University, Northridge, she has been utilizing her public relations skills through networking groups. Namely, for the last six years, she has been a prominent member of TEAM Referral Network in Southern California, taking on many roles of leadership: President, Treasurer, Chapter Ambassador, and Membership Council. She was also been the Creative Chair for CCCW (Celebrating Creative Confident Women) for the last 2 years, providing the membership bracelets and necklaces for the Foundation members. Both groups have helped significantly her development of networking contacts, client base, marketing ideas, and increased sales, making Charming Bead more reputable, purposeful and profitable.

In order to find the most distinctive beads for her custom-made jewelry and accessories, she travels to national bead shows and independent bead stores, gathering beads made by solo artists. In addition to fulfilling special orders for her clients, she also hosts special parties to help people blossom in their own creative talents.
