Ms. Osatiuk has 16 years of overall professional experience. She has worked in management positions in home care as well as long term care. She began Nexstep Group fours ago from her home because it was important to her to stay home with her daughter, yet maintain her nursing license. Pam is very passionate about helping people by demystifying the health care system for her patients. She is an entrepreneur by heart so this direction was completely natural. Pam loves being a nurse and loves bringing the best of herself to this company. During the last four years, Pam has expanded her business to include both Alberta and Saskatchewan, and her company currently services thousands of patients and physicians.

Ms. Osatiuk is very passionate about Customer Passion. During this pursuit for the best possible customer service, she constantly searches for new and better ways of doing business and is skilled at assessing the external environment and adapting to changing trends to ensure that she stays on top of the cutting edge of administrative service delivery. She looks beyond current practices to determine what can be done better for health care professionals and as well as patients. Pam's customers state that they do not know what they would do without her, and often refer to her as an "angel". As President of Nexstep Group Ltd she is the lead for the Community Projects Coordinator, First Impressions Coordinator, Biologic Management, New Clinic Set Ups, and all Specialized Offsite Services Management.
