With 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Valdez is an expert in French and American cuisine. At the Red Hen Bistro, he manages business operations, handles finances, plans menus and prepares French, American and Mexican recipes. He previously spent time working in Napa Valley, CA at the Rutherford Grill, part of the Hillstone Restaurant Group. He attributes his success to his hard work, perseverance and passion for his profession.

Mr. Valdez graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University, where he received an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. He successfully completed a European externship for Master Chef Graham Tinsley, currently the chef owner of Conwy Castle Hotel in Conwy, North Wales, UK. In the future, he hopes to continue running his restaurant successfully and open more franchises.
